API (American Petroleum Institute), SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers), JASO (Japanese Automotive Standards Organization), etc. are serving very well to categorize & standardize lube oil very well according to performance level, viscosity grade etc. ERE offers Automatic Lube Oil Blending Plant which makes perfect blend of raw materials to manufacture high quality lube oils, this plant can make lube oils as per API, JASO & SAE standards. Since 2019, ERE has installed more than 20 Lube Oil Blending Plants.

ABB – Automatic Batch Blending
ABB (Automatic Batch Blending) lube oil blending plant are preferred by renowned multinational lube oil companies. ERE provide complete solution for ABB lube oil blending plant which includes – engineering design and data, raw material storage tanks, lube oil storage tanks, polymer diluter, lube oil blenders, automation system with ERE’s state of art Smartblend software, DDU, transfer pumps, TFH (Thermic Fluid Heater), filters, laboratory setup & installation service. According to customers requirement, we provide fully customized ABB blending plant which can produce different quantities of lube oils like engine oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil, etc. in customers optimum production time (like 4 hours, 8 hours, 24 hours, etc.)
ILB – InLine Blending
ILB (InLine Blending) lube oil blending machine is fully automatic compact lube oil blending machine, it has internal inline continuous blender with auto-cleaning system. ILB can be operated by built-in touch screen or smart phone or wi-fi connected computer, operation of ILB is very easy and accurate due to ERE’s state of art Autoblend software. In industry, ILB is connected with input lines and output lines, where input line are connected with raw material storage tanks – i.e. base oil & additives and output lines are connected with lube oil storage tanks. ILB can be used for multi grade additives and it can mix upto four raw materials together at a time to fortunate lube oil.
